Palo Alto College IT Services provides support for faculty, staff and most importantly students. The problem was most its customers (namely students) were unaware of the various services available to them. Many students did not know its location (for walk-in services) or contact information.
The goal with this branding campaign was to saturate the campus with the message—Palo Alto College powered by IT Services. This was partly done with both traditional media—retractable banners, posters, flyers, and business cards. The most effective means of communicating the message was through the department’s promotional giveaways and mobile advertising (e.g., mobile carts, book bags, and staff t-shirts).
